Welcome! We are so excited to have launched a new church, located at 1407 Callahan Street in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
We are a Bible Based, Christ Centered, Ministry Minded Church with a heart to reach all ethnicities locally and around the globe.
The thrust of our ministry focus is deliverance, inner healing and discipling believers to grow into spiritual maturity in their daily lives. We also have a heart to feed the hungry in our community. We do this through various outreach endeavors.
We offer exciting, life giving ministry for every age, from infants through senior citizens.

AT THE CROSS!
Along with pastoring Cross Church International, Pastors Rick and Angela are both international conference speakers, having ministered in thirty four nations around the world.
Pastoring and pioneering churches in three states over the past thirty-five years, they have a strong apostolic and prophetic anointing that threads through every nuance of their ministries.
They have been married for forty-seven years and have two adult children. Matt Stevens is a business man located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and their daughter, Ashli Scott, is a mental health therapist located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Ashli is also the Cross Church International's Kids Church Ministry Director. Widowed in 2020, she has a beautiful daughter, Kyler Chevelle, making the only grandchild for Pastors Rick and Angela.
Both Pastors Rick and Angela were awarded the prestigious Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Bible Institutes of America in August 2019.
